A four-day Invitational Tennis festival, dubbed”TENNIS SUPER CUP”, is to commence today at the Ghana Tennis Centre, Accra Sports Stadium.
Sixteen players were drawn from the Tennis Professionals Association of Ghana(TPG) to compete in the maiden edition, under the auspices of the Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF).
Tournament organiser, Nana Kofi Asafo-Aidoo in an interview with Octopus Media, explained that, a time has come to uplift tennis by supporting the players. It is by this concept to raise funds to support players, especially wheel chair, ladies and those in the Junior divisions, that Stanbic and Universal Merchant Banks in collaboration with BRINGAM COME are here to offer their support to the tournament.
